How to Order
Welcome to our new and improved ROSCO website. This site has been created to help customers learn more about our full product line and give them the opportunity to obtain pricing, submit orders, and store information. If you are not a current customer, please create an account and we will respond with access to our easy online checkout. ROSCO BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY THOUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
All prices are per item, size, color, and destination. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Rome, N.Y. Finance charge on unpaid balance 1 ½% per month (18% per annum). New York State residents, include sales tax number when ordering.
MINIMUM ORDER OF $25.00
ALL ITEMS PACKAGED IN BULK QUANTITIES OF 5000 PIECES UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Items are counted by weight and accurate to within +/-2%. There is a 20% re-packaging fee when buying less than the minimum quantity.
All of our minimum quantities are 5,000 pieces unless otherwise stated. 12/0, 9/0, 8/0, and 6/0 Swivels, 8/0 and 6/0 Three Way Swivels, and 6/0-37 Snap Swivels are a minimum quantity of 500 pieces. Size 36 and 37 Coastlock Snaps, size 75 and 100 Split Rings, 2/0 and 4/0 Swivels 2/0-36 and 4/0-37 Snap Swivels and McRosco Snaps are a minimum quantity of 1,000 pieces. All imported items, minimum quantity of 7 gross.
Limited to 2 pieces per size up to 12 pieces total per customer. Above this limit the customer must pay a fee and postage.
Customers are allowed to provide multiple ship dates to achieve higher quantities and lower prices. All ship dates must be within a 12-month period and are subject to price adjustment on June 1st of each year. Blanket order minimum quantity 75,000 pieces per size per finish.
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
All payments must be made in U.S. funds only. VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal accepted on all foreign orders. Wire transfer instructions will be provided upon request.
All orders are shipped insured F.O.B. Rome, NY. If you do not want your items insured, you must notify us in writing, in advance.
All items sold by Rome Specialty Company, Inc. were designed for use as fishing tackle. With respect to any products sold herein, the seller makes no warranties, either expressed or implied. The seller hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
When placing an order for goods appearing within, the purchaser warrants that the finished article is not and will not be an infringement of any valid patents or trademarks, and the purchaser further agrees, at his own expense, to defend any and all actions and suits which may be brought against the company charging such infringements.
Returns are not accepted without prior permission. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Special order items are non-returnable unless defective. Product replacements will not be shipped until returned merchandise is received in Rome, NY. When requesting a return please have Lot# and date product shipped available. We will not accept returns after one year.
We try to maintain reliable sources for our imported items. However, since these are shipped to you exactly as we receive them, we cannot be responsible for the quality of these goods.
A 10% Federal Excise Tax applies to all items intended for use in fishing with a break test below 130 lbs (excluding leader sleeves, split rings, & butt rings). Tax must be paid by the customer unless they provide a copy of their Excise Tax Exemption approval by the IRS. Manufacturers are eligible for exemption upon completion of an application for excise tax exemption (Form 637) and approval by the IRS.
Pricing is adjusted with our new catalog on or about June 1st of each year. We reserve the right to change pricing and product specifications without notice.
Payments are in U.S. funds only. We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, personal checks, corporate checks, bank checks, money orders, and wired funds from foreign banks. Customers interested in establishing an open account with us with payment terms of 30 days, must complete a credit application and provide credit references. UPS charges an additional fee for COD’s which will be added to the invoice. All payments using wire funds may be subject to a bank processing fee.
